Uscirà a marzo il terzo disco dei Lower Dens.

Escape From Evil è il titolo del nuovo lavoro che arriva a 3 anni di distanza dal precedente Nootropics (2012) e che pare sia un album «cinematico, dalle tonalità ricche, dal suono pulito e caldo, con melodie potenti e fisiche e liriche dirette», come descritto in un comunicato stampa.

Il nuovo full-lenght sembrerebbe esser stato registrato tra i Beatbabies Studios di Baltimora (città natale della band) e Dallas. Prodotto dalla frontwoman Jana Hunter con la collaborazione di Chris Coady (Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Beach house, Future Islands), Chris Freeland, John Congleton (Swans, St. Vincent, Cloud Nothings), Walker Teret e Ariel Rechtshaid (Vampire Weekend, Sky Ferreria, Haim), Escape For Evil uscirà il prossimo 31 marzo per Ribbon Music.
