Si è tenuta ieri sera a Los Angeles la cinquantasettesima edizione dei Grammy Awards.

A trionfare a sorpresa negli Oscar della musica è stato Beck, vincitore del premio Best Album e Best Rock Album con Morning Phase, un artista trasversale e imprevedibile che ha soffiato il premio alla favorita Beyoncé. Ma comunque la bella cantante di Houston è stata – insieme a Pharrell Williams e Roseanne Cash – tra coloro che hanno vinto di più, portando a casa ben tre statuette che hanno fatto salire a 20 il numero dei Grammy vinti in carriera. Chi ha, invece, confermato i pronostici è stato il giovane Sam Smith, miglior artista emergente, canzone dell’anno, Record of the Year e Best Pop Vocal Album. C’è, poi, chi è rimasto deluso: Sia e Katy Perry su tutti.

Tra la serie di performance che si sono susseguite nel corso della cerimonia, spicca su tutte quella degli AC/DC a cui è stato concesso l’onore di aprire la serata e le danze, infiammando il pubblico con Rock or Bust e Highway to Hell.
